Policies
FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $25 per service cancellation fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
Late Arrivals: Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply.
SERVICE RE-DO POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue.
Vip Pricing After 4pm and weekends: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, any appointment made at 4pm or later will be considered VIP pricing at a surcharge of 20% of the service total.
Product Return Policy: A very lightly used product may be returned by 30 days since purchase. Make sure to reach out to me with your concerns as soon as possible after using the product.
Confidentiality and Privacy: Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or share with outside companies.
